Model! Me? is a one day workshop designed being held in Central London in April 2009 to demystify the industry and give want-to-be models a taste of professional modelling with makeup lessons, cat walk training, healthy eating advice and a professional photo shoot - all with top industry experts.

Model! Me? Is the brainchild of M and P Model agency director Mignon Matthews. M and P Models is a respected member of The Association of Model Agencies (AMA), the governing body for the modelling industry. Renowned for finding faces to fit the bill of top advertising agencies, fashion magazines and catwalks throughout the UK, Europe and even further M and P have a good reputation for looking after successful male and female models.

"We get enquires everyday from boys and girls who are interested in getting into modelling and not sure how to go about it. Sadly we don't have time to answer everyone's queries in depth and the best way to see if modelling is for you is to try it, hence we came up with the idea of this workshop," says Mignon Matthews.

The one day workshop has been designed to give you a taste of professional modelling with makeup lessons, cat walk training, healthy eating advice and a professional photo shoot - all with top industry experts.

Learn about the modelling industry; how model agencies work, what industry terms such as 'go-see' mean and how bookings and payment works; How to make the best of your appearance with makeup lessons by a top makeup artist; How to walk the catwalk with a top choreographer; How to present yourself to clients with confidence

Take part in a professional photographic shoot with a top fashion photographer and emjoy a healthy lunch with advice on eating healthily and looking good.

What's more each participant will take-home a model pack which includes an A – Z booklet on the modelling business, a model agency directory and a CD of your fabulous photographic shoot.
